'Little Psy' Hwang Min Woo will be starring in the Korean-Vietnamese film 'Saigon Cinderella'.
Hwang Min Woo will be playing a Korean child idol star who travels to Vietnam. A dance battle breaks out on the streets, and 'Little Psy' shows up, doing the "Gangnam Style" horse dance.
It has been revealed that Hwang Min Woo decided to star in the movie due to his father's wish to proudly show his multicultural background and his mother's home country of Vietnam. Hwang Min Woo shared his thoughts on his Vietnamese background, commenting,�"To join hands with both my parents' countries by featuring in a film is meaningful and joyful for me. Although my mother is Vietnamese, I am a full-fledged South Korean citizen."
'Saigon Cinderella' is a romantic comedy about a hotel maid who dreams of becoming a singer. 'Saigon Cinderella' will premiere in Vietnam on February 8th.
