On October 4th, singer The One (Jung Soon Won) appeared as a guest on YTN's 'News 12 - Issue and People'
On the program, he talked about his career as a vocal trainer and he also shared his initial impressions when he first met Girls' Generation's Taeyeon.
He said, "I taught her for 2 - 3 years when she was in middle school, and right off the bat you knew her goals were different from the others. She was clear on her goals, and she went straight for it. I was very surprised. If you're in middle school, most kids want to play and have fun, but Taeyeon was focused and just went one way towards her goal."
