As many of you know already, Psy is currently in Los Angeles, California and he's set top attend and present at the '2012 MTV Video Music Awards' tonight.
American tabloid site TMZ recently spotted him in front of Katsuya Restaurant in Hollywood and PSY briefly performed and taught his "Gangnam Style" dance. He also explained the meaning of the song.
