Court denies Shin Jung Hwan's bail request

Shin Jung Hwan is currently under court custody for charges of habitual gambling, recently had his bail request dismissed. Shin filed for a bail request through the Seoul Central District Court at the end of June in order to receive treatment for his leg.�After receiving surgery for his right leg in February, he's been receiving consistent rehab treatment. However, after he was placed under arrest for imprisonment, he has been unable to receive the rehab treatment. A representative of the court explained, "On July 8th, we notified associates of Shin that his bail request was denied.�While in custody, he will receive another trial.�Shin's side explained that they were afraid of the pain in his leg escalating should he not receive proper treatment.�The court has not, however, accepted his bail request."
