On September 25th, part 1 of MBC's Chuseok special "Idol Star Track & Field Championships" was broadcasted, and it collected an impressive 15.3% in viewer ratings.
Although the ratings were less than SBS's weekend drama, "Life Is Beautiful" which came in at 21.3%, "Idol Star Track & Field Championships" managed to achieve a high rating in comparison to MBC's "Kim Suro."
"Kim Suro" recorded at 10.4% with its last episode, which aired on the 18th. The first episode recorded at 9.6%, making the average viewer rating for the drama 10.5% after 32 episodes. Its highest ever was only 12.3%.
Part 2 of "Idol Star Track & Field Championships" will air on the 26th at 9:45 PM.
