High Kick Through the Roof's Shin Se Kyung came in first with 48.3% of the votes (1413 people voted for her). In second place was Boys Before Flowers main actress Goo Hye Sun with 16.4% of votes, third place was Lee Da Hae (14.4%), fourth place was SNSD's Yoona (11.7%) and fifth place was fellow High Kick Through the Roof actress Hwang Jung Eum (9.2%). Netizens commented about their first love with comments such as, "The innocent image she [their first love] left behind at that time is similar to Shin Se Kyung's image" and "Goo Hye Sun's bright eyes reminds me of my first love." Shin Se Kyung is recently becoming increasingly popular with her participation in multiple endorsements including the one with popular hip hop idol Big Bang.
