Singer Amerie is finally engaged

R&B singer Amerie, who is of Korean and African American descent, was in Paris this week. There she gave her longtime manager / boyfriend, Lenny Nicholson, the perfect opportunity to plant a big fat sparkly rock on her finger! A representative sent out a tweet confirming this engagement saying, "Amerie just got engaged she is not getting married she just got engaged thats it." If you recall, Amerie recently got in touch with her Korean heritage and remixed her track Heard 'Em All and collaborated with 4minute and BEAST's Junhyung. Amerie and her boyfriend have been a couple for a long time but have never been very public about the relationship. However, the recent engagement calls for celebration so congratulations to the happy couple!
