Lee Seung Gi recently bought an apartment near sexy diva Lee Hyori. The two singers now share a neighborhood in Seoul, Gangnam. They are both residents in a building called, "Brownstone Legend." Lee Hyori has signed the contract but hasn't officially moved in yet, whereas Lee Seung Gi has fully made the transition into his new home. The apartments cost around $2 million - the smallest apartment in the building is 695 square feet and costs $2 million! The best apartment is the penthouse, which is 1,197 square feet and goes for $3.5 million. Some people are saying that releasing news about celebrities' houses is an invasion of privacy, "Just because they're celebrities doesn't mean you can reveal where they live and details about their homes. They probably feel violated." Seems like Lee Seung Gi is making his way up with his singing, MCing, and acting career.
