Go Hyun Jung countersues Lee Kim Productions

With regards to the lawsuit filed against her by Lee Kim Productions in April 2009, actress Go Hyun Jung has in return filed a countersuit against them. According to the Seoul Central Court on the 14th, "Go Hyun Jung has stated in her countersuit that because of the wait for Daemul to begin production, she had turned down three drama and five movie offers which includes MBC's Queen of Housewives, SBS's Tazza, etc. Because of the delay for Daemul, Go Hyun Jung had practically wasted her entire 2008. She is asking for compensation pertaining to the projected loss of revenue from the waiting." Lee Kim Productions had filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central Court in April, asking for 5.6 billion KRW including contract fees and penalties as compensation from Go Hyun Jung, for not following through with her contract. They claimed that Go Hyun Jung had gone on to film for Queen Seon Duk, despite having received money from them for Daemul. Go Hyun Jung is really living a colorful life at the moment, battling with Lee Kim Productions in real life and against Deok Man in Queen Seon Duk.
