Shin Hyun Joon's Assault Case Charges Dropped

After reporting that Shin Hyun Joon's manager (30) had filed a police report against Shin Hyun Joon (41) for hitting him and hearing Shin Hyun Joon apologizing for his actions, it was announced today that the assault charges against Shin Hyun Joon have been dropped. According to the police, Shin Hyun Joon's manager, Jang had declined to press on with the case on the 27th after hearing Shin Hyun Joon's apology at the press conference. In addition, the police stated that the medical certificate which Jang claimed that would prove that Shin Hyun Joon had hit him, causing injuries to his body, did not show any abnormalities, rendering the charges void in any case. According to Korean law, Shin Hyun Joon will not be charged by the police since the plaintiff has chosen to not pursue the case. So in a period of six days, without knowing exactly what happened, Shin Hyun Joon's name and reputation has been thrown about in the public as a man of violence although that has now proved to be an non-issue.
