After an invasion of girl groups in the past few months, it was refreshing to see the return of three male balladeers to the Kpop scene on the 18th September episode of Music Bank. The trio of Tei, Lee Seung Gi and Park Hyo Shin all made their comebacks after a long absence and it was interesting to see the difference in styles of their ballads. So let's check them out starting with Tei. Tei has had two performances of his Poisonous Tongue performances on Inkigayo and M! Countdown, so this is on paper his third performance of it. Killer vocals and good performance, but as in with most cases these days, he will get by unnoticed. The crown prince of the drama and variety world, Lee Seung Gi makes his long-awaited return as a singer. He performs 2 songs, the first a slight rockish happy ballad, Wedding Veil and then ironically, he ends it with his second song, Let's Break Up. His outfit for the second song looked weird on him. After an absence of 2 years, Park Hyo Shin finally returns with his 6th album and title song, After Love on Music Bank. Awesome song, great performance, nice use of the orchestra but the hair? Not really liking that wavy hairstyle. Many thanks to christinecml2 and CodeMonmonSeason4 for videos.
