There's a new solo artist in town, a talented singer by the name of Kim Joo Na. She just made her debut with the latest OST release of currently airing drama 'High Society'. But what's also bringing her into the spotlight is the revelation that she's the younger sister of top actor Kim Soo Hyun!
The revelation came from insiders in the industry, who revealed that the singer is indeed Kim Soo Hyun's sister, but due to personal and complicated family matters, it was never revealed before that the actor had a younger sister.
On July 22, a representative from 'High Society' confirmed to TV Report, "It's true that Kim Joo Na is Kim Soo Hyun's younger sister. We just wanted to be careful about mentioning family-related matters."
Since Kim Soo Hyun had previously been mentioned as an only child, Kim Joo Na's agency clarified, "Kim Joo Na is Kim Soo Hyun's sister. We have learned that she is Kim Soo Hyun's half-sister."
Kim Joo Na had been a trainee for the past three to four years, and finally made their debut with the 'High Society' OST track "I Can't Live Without You".
