In an interview at the Cube Cafe, Hyunseung talked about his fellow B2ST members and dirty jokes.
He first talked about the cursing in the lyrics for "I Said I Love You," revealing, "After recording it, I wasn't sure if I should include [the cursing] or take it out. I watched the movie 'Beastie Boys' and wanted to put in a tragic love story. I wanted to write the saddest and most tragic love story in the world and thought, 'This is it,' when I saw 'Beastie Boys.' The cursing that comes at the end [of the song] is also a line from a scene in the movie."

He was asked, "The album title is 'MY,' so are there, as one would expect, your personal stories in the lyrics?" Hyunseung replied, "There's nothing at all in 'I Said I Love You,' but 'Dirty Jokes' could be my story. But 'Dirty Jokes' has lyrics that can be imagined and expressed humorously by anybody, so I don't personally think, 'This is my story.' I engaged myself in the song by also imagining and creating things that didn't happen."
He then revealed, "I'm not the type to enjoy dirty jokes. However, I do like listening to them. I like it when I have friends who can tell dirty jokes in a fun way." As a result, Hyunseung was asked, "Who tells dirty jokes the best among B2ST members?" He replied, "I think they're all equally good. If the members were with me here right now, I would say who it was, but since they're not here, I feel uncertain about saying anything. I think they're all on a similar level."
