On February 22nd B.A.P will be getting their first chance at retaliating against TS Entertainment as the first court trial date has been set for March 13th.
When the news of a lawsuit between the two parties first surfaced, both TS Entertainment and B.A.P expressed that they hope for an amicable solution. However, it seems as though they weren't able to come to a peaceful agreement and will be going to trial next month.
Meanwhile, B.A.P filed to nullify their contract with TS Entertainment back in November of 2014, stating that the contract was designed to only benefit the agency and was severely disadvantageous to the members.
Since then, the B.A.P members have stopped all promotions and even opened up their own fan cafe to communicate with their fans who have supported them through these tough times.
