Dok2 is of mixed ancestry, being part Korean, Filipino, and Spanish. Back in 2012, Dok2's brother, rapper Mr. Gordo, revealed that his cousin is Nicole Scherzinger, but the news never made headlines and had received the attention of media outlets just recently.�
