MBC Every1's upcoming 12 part situation-sitcom show 'Boarding House #24' has made all their casting decisions and gathered their actors around the table for a script reading at MBC Plus Media.  

The actors include Tiny-G's Dohee, ZE:A's Dongjun, VIXX's Ken, Rainbow's Hyunyoung, BIGFLO's High Top, and rookie actress Kim Sa Eun.  The situation-sitcom centers on these six 24-year-olds' dreams, career, love, friendship, and more. 

As mentioned before, Dongjun plays an athlete that used to be a star, but failed to become a professional because of an unfortunate event. He develops a special relationship with Dohee, who is an internet sensation 'eating broadcast' BJ who has a hearty appetite compared to her small frame. 

Ken, on the other hand, is a guy with no dating experience as he only focuses on building a successful career and has forgotten what it is like to have dreams and love. Hyunyoung plays a woman obsessed with all things luxurious from high brand water to bags, symbolizing the youth that are obsessed with outer appearances more than what's on the inside.  

BIGFLO's High Top plays a North Korean defector who is obsessed with female idols, again symbolizing the mindset of the young generations. Kim Sa Eun plays a 24-year-old who dreams of settling down through marriage as she prepares to get a job, also symbolizing those who want to marry into comfort rather than work for it.

All of them will live in a boarding house under actor Kim Kwang Kyu and will start airing in early September.  

Producer Lee Soon Ohk said, "Currently, we finished casting everyone and entered into working on the teaser previews and posters; it is a situation-variety program that has more ad lib than a sitcom.  Looking forward to the actors' activities as they show their charms through their individual characters that represent today's 20s."
