Psy and Squirtle look alike?

A character that looks like Psy has caught the attention of netizens.

An online community uploaded a picture with the title, 'Character that looks like Psy'.

The picture juxtaposes the pokemon, Squirtle, with a picture of Psy with his sunglasses on.

The two images are drawing lots of laughter due to their similarities.

Netizens showed various responses and commented, "They look a like 100%", "They really do look similar! This is hilarious!".

What do you guys think? Is a Squirtle version of Gangnam style in order?
