Ahead of his military enlistment coming up later this month, Super Junior's Leeteuk participated in the 2012 professional baseball semifinal playoffs at the Jamshil Stadium on October 9.
Leeteuk previously expressed his excitement over throwing the first pitch on Twitter, writing, "I'll be throwing the first pitch at the semifinals on Tuesday. First of all, sorry that I'm a male. I'll still do my best!"
At the Doosan Bears - Lotte Giants game, Leeteuk made sure to show his gratitude about being pitching right before his enlistment. Usually, female stars are the first picks for the opening ceremony pitch.
Leeteuk will be receiving his five weeks of introductory training at the 306 Reserves in Uijeongbu City starting October 30th before he begins his 21 months of service as an active-duty soldier.
