SNSD's Sooyoung creates a thank you video for fans

SNSD's Sooyoung got into a car accident a few weeks back which forced her to withdraw from her activities for some time. Fans have been sending her an unceasing wave of get-well messages and gifts to show their support during this difficult time. Touched by everyone's concern, Sooyoung personally created and edited a video message for her fans. Check it out below!
