Former Gugudan member Mimi has officially resumed activities by reviving her YouTube channel.
On January 9, Mimi announced the comeback of her channel with a post reading, “Mimi Homepage YouTube has finally been revived after three years… lol. Fans asked me at the fan signing to just upload it even without subtitles because they’d watch anyway, so I worked hard on it. I did put a lot of effort into the subtitles, though—please watch a lot~~~.”
In the video, Mimi is seen meeting fans at a fan signing event she held late last year—her first in seven years. On her way to the venue, she admitted, “I’m extremely nervous. I think it’s been about seven years since I last had a proper fan signing. I’m really tense, and since this is my first time doing it as a solo artist, I’m incredibly nervous.”

She continued, “I expected to be very nervous because it’s been seven years. I kept worrying, ‘What if I can’t even say a single word?’ But once I actually saw the fans’ faces, I felt more comfortable than I expected.” Mimi went on to share various conversations with fans she was meeting again after a long time.
After also treating fans to a live performance, Mimi said, “Out of everything I’ve done this year, being able to meet my fans was truly the best decision. I was so happy even after I got home.” She added, “Let’s really see each other more often. I’ll work hard to create more opportunities like this next year.”
Meanwhile, Mimi married former MBLAQ member Thunder in May 2024 after five years of dating.
