On August 12th, MC Kang Ho Dong addressed the recent rumors surrounding his exit from KBS's '1 Night 2 Days' while arriving on set for his latest scheduled recording with the program.
He began by saying to the large number of media personnel gathered, "It seems that the recording for today will be a viewer tour camp. I will focus on the recording and do my absolute best."
Regarding the rumors, he replied, "I am currently in many sincere discussions with the producers. As they've previously said, nothing has been confirmed as of yet. We're still in the middle of discussions, but I promise to reveal the decision to everyone once results are made and confirmed."
The recording taken place on this day will be a continuation of the show's ongoing project, where they bring in viewers of all ages (from 1 to 100) to join the members on the show.
