How did 2PM decide who "dies" in their 'Heartbeat' performance?

Have you ever wondered how 2PM chose which member to kill or be killed at the dramatic conclusion of their "Heartbeat" performances? In the latest 'Real 2PM' webisode, the 2PM members apparently play a Korean ladder game (??? ??, read about it here) to decide.
