CSJH's Sunday (24) will be making her official comeback after four years away through a variety appearance on tvN's "Opera Star 2011"! According to an SM Entertainment representative, this is Sunday's first broadcast appearance since she last concluded activities with CSJH back in 2007.�She's been working in Japan through various musicals since then, but fans weren't able to see her on TV until now. "Opera Star" is a survival reality show with singers fighting to become an opera star.�Sunday will be working alongside Moon Hee Ok, Shin Hae Chul, Kim Chang Ryeol, Lim Jung Hee, Tei, JK Kim Dong Wook, and Jewelry's Eunjung for the top prize. Sunday completed her first recording on March 1st with her mentors and singing experts, Seo Jung Hak and Kim Soo Yeon. For her vocal test, she performed a hit track by Whitney Houston that set her apart from the other singers that opted to perform Korean pop. "Opera Star" is the Korean version of Europe's "Popstar to Operastar", and it will run for six weeks with viewer votes and professional judging. Shin Hae Chul commented, "It's very unsettling that I have to put aside the voice I've worked to perfect for the past 10 years and go back to being untrained in a way, but since I've worked with classic and rock music in the past, I think opera will be a fun new challenge."
