SM Entertainment’s new music label, SMArt, has introduced their first artist, Im Si Wan (Siwan), who released his debut solo album, 'The Reason,' on December 5.
The album became available at 6 p.m. KST on major music platforms, and the music video for the title track, 'The Reason,' was released simultaneously through the SMTOWN YouTube channel. The video captures the emotional journey and gradual changes that occur when someone holds on to love, presenting viewers with a cinematic and heartfelt visual experience.
The title track is a medium-tempo pop song. Its sweet message, combined with dynamic instrumentation, creates a warm and romantic mood that feels similar to a scene from a touching film.
The album includes five tracks in total. Along with the title track, it features "Dear My Love," "Two Of Us," "Where I Need To Be," and "Pieces." These songs highlight Im Si Wan’s musical style and introduce a new side of him as a solo artist.
