The song expresses the complex relationship that is love, conflating affection with scars, both of the soul and of the body. It's resonant message is strengthened by Wonho's mature vocals. The MV for "What Would You Do" expresses emotional experiences such as pain, dejection, anger, and recovery by seamlessly combining various cinematic effects to create the illusion of a single-take video.
Meanwhile, Wonho will be greeting fans in the United States throughout December by performing at the '2024 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour' and across his 1st U.S. fan meeting tour, 'WELCOME BACK, WENEE'.
