Psy dedicates MV to favorite 'Celeb' starring Suzy

In the MV starring Suzy, Psy is obsessed with making sure his favorite star shines. "Celeb" is a track from the singer's 9th full album 'PSY 9th' alongside "That That" featuring BTS' SUGA, and it's about someone who represents your favorite top celebrity and muse.
