On the June 30 broadcast of MBC every1's 'Weekly Idol', rookie boy groups T1419, MIRAE, and OMEGA X appeared as guests for a K-Pop idol training camp special!

For this episode, members Noah, Geonwoo, and Kairi appeared as representatives from T1419; members Dongpyo, Junhyuk, and Lien appeared as representatives from MIRAE; and Jaehan, Hangyeom, and Yechan appeared as representatives from OMEGA X.

First, the rookie idols tested our their impersonation skills with MCs Kwanghee and Eunhyuk posing as judges. Afterward, the three teams faced off in a cover dance battle to hit songs by their sunbae artists, where they learned that sometimes, having "synchronization" meant making some adjustments! Each of the three teams showcased their complete synchronization to songs by aespa, Rain, NCT Dream, and more, making the MCs laugh with their quick wits.

Finally, T1419, MIRAE, and OMEGA X underwent a rigorous test to examine a K-Pop group's most important asset - teamwork! All three teams had a blast(?) while taking on a water bowl passing challenge using their feet, an impossible game without trust between team members!
