GOT7's BamBam talked about how he stays fit.

In his latest video on his YouTube channel 'BAMBAM Space', the singer takes fans behind-the-scenes of a photo shoot for his new label ABYSS Company. On staying in shape, BamBam expressed he doesn't gain mass easily, "So I have to eat a lot. I need supplements. I have to drink a lot of protein." 

As for the toughest part of getting into shape, he stated, "Getting into shape takes so long, but the other way around, it happens in no time," adding, "Recently, I've been working out hard, so I'm getting back to my old self. Not quite there yet though."

BamBam signed with ABYSS Company earlier this month. Check out his video above!
