NCT 127 tell fans to 'Be there or be square' in newest tour announcement

In a new video shared on their Youtube channel "Channel NCT", the members of NCT 127 took time to personally announce their world tour. NCT 127 confirmed that they will be visiting New Jersey, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, San Jose, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vancouver and many more.


NCT 127 1st World Tour 'NEO CITY' will be held in April~May 2019!

Tickets for USA concerts go on sale on Mar. 23 2019, 10 AM (local time).

I'm a little confused as to why its only NCT 127 and not NCT as a whole touring. I'm mostly a casual listener to them but I am wondering why only a subunit is touring?
