J.Y. Park is passionate about bringing a change to society's unfair employment methods in 'Super Intern' teaser

J.Y. Park is teaming up with Mnet to bring a new type of reality show, 'Super Intern'!

Judging by the program's first teaser above, the show will aim to conduct an experiment and begin conversations about bringing a change to the war that is job seeking. The experimental project will allow anyone with passion and devotion to apply for an internship position at JYP Entertainment. J.Y. Park himself will be overseeing the interviews, in order to discover individuals who catch his eye regardless of education, gender, qualifications, etc.

Also in the teaser, J.Y. Park says, "Is the problem that our young professionals' unemployment rates are about to surpass 10%? Or is the problem that the process of employment seeking is unfair?", beginning the conversations to come in 'Super Intern'.

Currently, 'Super Intern' is recruiting applicants from October 30 through November 18 via Mnet's official website. Will you be watching J.Y. Park x Mnet's 'Super Intern'?

There is a problem with JYP's point of view. Some people are introverted or extremely shy, so is hard for them to show their Hot Blood and Passion in an interview face to face. But, if given the opportunity they would do an excellent work. The selection process (in almost all the world) is wrong because most of the time it chooses the person who is better at "selling" himself or herself, who has the best arguments, or shows a better image (similar to politicians) but they are not always the best choice; sometimes a person more capable and better qualified for the job is ignored because he/she didn't impressed the interviewer.

but how can you know if the person is capable or not if the person doesnt show that off in the interview? You cant expect people to hire someone based on nothing but a hunch that the worker MIGHT be an introvert who is good at his/her job.

That's not a flaw, though. You have to be able to market yourself well, and, if anything, an inability to showcase your potential and skills is also a measure of your (lack of) communication skills, which are vital to any job. Even a lot of employers in computer science look for candidates who would be able to work in a team, so being able to effectively communicate is a vital skill even in STEM fields.
