The 2025 K-Pop Cover Dance Festival (KCDF) is coming to Calgary on June 15, marking the first time the national finals will be held outside Ottawa.
Hosted by the Korean Cultural Centre Canada (KCC) and Seoul Shinmun Daily, the event brings together 12 top K-pop cover dance teams from across Canada, each selected through a competitive online screening process. The winning team will go on to represent Canada in the global finals held in South Korea.
To add to the hype, rising girl group H1-KEY will be making a special appearance, performing live for Canadian fans and joining the judging panel. The four-member group, known for hits like “Rose Blossom” and “SEOUL (Such a Beautiful City),” debuted in 2022 and has been steadily gaining global attention.
The event is free and open to K-pop fans of all ages. For more info, visit the Korean Cultural Centre Canada’s website.
