The Iksan Police Station stated on September 30 that they have arrested a 52-year-old man with the surname Choi for crashing into 11 vehicles, two of which were police cars.
Choi was reportedly maneuvering a 1-ton truck in an apartment complex situated in Iksan's Mohyeon-dong this past September 29 when he crashed into nine vehicles and motor bikes.
When police arrived on the scene to apprehend Choi, he collided into the police cars' bumpers and fled. Following a brief pursuit, authorities managed to find the suspect's vehicle at an empty lot next to a church in Mohyeon-dong and captured him.

At the time he crashed into the vehicles, Choi was not under the influence of alcohol and reportedly repeated the testimony that he was "commanded by the Lord." The accident Choi caused resulted in a total of ten injuries, and the victims are receiving the medical attention they need at a hospital.
Meanwhile, the police are investigating Choi and the victims to find out exactly what happened.
