On December 3, Enes Kaya's side finally made a statement regarding his adultery scandal. Enes Kaya's lawyer Huh Jung Hyun spoke to the public on the celebrity's behalf, saying, "Due to a misunderstanding and speculation started by an online post, Enes Kaya and his family are going through a painful time."

Huh continued, "In order to prevent his program and his precious friends from becoming victims [of this scandal], Enes Kaya left all his programs regardless of whether or not [the rumors] are true; to all those who spent time with him and gave him love, trust, and support, he is infinitely thankful."

Huh indicated that the TV celebrity was now ready to take action, saying, "[Enes Kaya] has stopped worrying, will no longer overlook the situation, and will reveal the truth of the current situation through the law...�He is putting in his best efforts to sensibly resolve the current issue for the family and country in which he resides; he never had the intention to leave the country to evade this issue for even one moment."

Huh concluded, "Moving forward, we will be taking action via legal measures for the false dissemination of information and defamation. We ask that you please refrain from having rash speculations and misunderstandings."

On the same day, SBS's 'One Night of TV Entertainment' aired an episode in which two women 'A' and 'B' came forward and said that Enes Kaya had deceived them into thinking he was a bachelor.

'A' is the netizen who initially made a post about Enes Kaya's adultery and even provided evidence such as an audio clip of Enes Kaya's voice. She told 'One Night of TV Entertainment', "[Enes Kaya] would naturally call me 'honey' and say, 'I miss you,' and act like a husband. When I analyzed the times [he talked to me], [I realized] that it was when his wife was pregnant and he was actively dashing towards me. It's ridiculous."

She continued, "He has a conservative image on TV, but when I see that image I'm shocked."

She shared that Enes Kaya had been calling her ever since she uploaded the post, but she had chosen to ignore him. "I think of him as despicable and hypocritical, and so I haven't answered the phone," she said, firm in her contempt against him.

'B' is another woman who stepped forward, saying that Enes Kaya had deceived her, as well. She revealed her shock, saying, "He never told me that his name was Enes Kaya; he said he was a mixed Italian named Nick."

'B' continued to insist that they were in a romantic relationship, saying, "You would know if you saw the messages; you wouldn't be able to help but think we were in a relationship." She added,�"[The messages] even contain sexual activity," showing the extent of her relationship with Enes Kaya.
