
GF Entertainment announced that The KingDom (KINGDOM) will pause group activities following their upcoming fan concert, with the remaining members set to fulfill their mandatory military service within the year.
On February 12, the agency released an official statement titled 'Notice Regarding The KingDom’s Future Activities,' expressing sincere gratitude to fans for their continued love and support. According to the statement, after the group’s 5th fan concert, [2026 The KingDom 5th FAN-CON ‘THE QUINQUENNIUM’], scheduled for February 28, the group will temporarily suspend full-member activities and focus on individual schedules.
The agency stated that it delivered the news with a deep sense of responsibility and asked for fans’ understanding and encouragement regarding the decision. GF Entertainment further confirmed that members Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, and Jahan, as South Korean citizens, will fulfill their mandatory national defense duties. Their enlistments will proceed sequentially according to each member’s individual schedule, and no separate official events will be held on enlistment days.
Notably, group The KingDom’s Dann enlisted as an active-duty soldier in the Republic of Korea Army on September 9 of last year. Following his enlistment, the group has been carrying out activities as five members.
The remaining members will participate in the upcoming fan concert, and GF Entertainment stated it will do its best to ensure the event is conducted safely and successfully. The company added that it will continue to provide full support for the members’ future activities and requested fans’ warm encouragement during this period.
