Singer and actress Son Dam Bi has shared an update on her move to a new home, marking a fresh chapter in her life.
Son posted photos on social media with the caption, “Moving day begins,” showing herself in the middle of a busy relocation with the help of a professional moving service. Expressing excitement, she added, “Fast and safe. Let’s go home now.”

Previously, Son revealed plans to move out of her Itaewon newlywed home, where she paid a monthly rent of 10 million KRW (approx. USD 7,500), along with management fees exceeding 800,000 KRW (approx. USD 600). She later drew attention by unveiling her new two-story house, which is currently undergoing renovation.
The singer had earlier sparked discussion after openly mentioning the high rent. Addressing the issue, she candidly said, “I really shouldn’t have said it. People kept asking whether it was jeonse or owned, and I didn’t need to explain. I stupidly blurted out that it was 10 million won a month. My in-laws were shocked. Ever since then, my label has just been ‘the 10-million-won rent,’ and it drives me crazy.”
Meanwhile, Son Dam Bi married former speed skating national team member Lee Kyou Hyuk in 2022, and the couple welcomed their daughter Hae-i in April last year.
