The agency of band Xdinary Heroes has announced a strong stance against stalking related harm.
On February 11 KST, JYP Entertainment stated through an official account, “We have filed criminal complaints with the local police against suspects who trespassed into the artists’ residential space, and we have recently confirmed that the court has issued provisional measures under the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes.”
The agency continued, “Despite prior notices and ongoing legal action regarding such invasions of privacy, we have recently continued to identify individuals lingering near the dormitory and company building, waiting for the artists or infringing on their private spaces. These acts seriously threaten the artists’ personal safety and cannot be justified for any reason.”
The company emphasized that all actions infringing on the artists’ safety and rights — including home intrusion, illegal filming, leakage of personal information, and continuous invasion of privacy — will be handed over to investigative authorities without exception. Security and patrols around the dormitory and company building will be strengthened, and immediate legal action will be taken if offenders are caught in the act. The agency also warned that individuals found engaging in such behavior will be permanently barred from participating in any official activities related to Xdinary Heroes.
