On February 13, YH Entertainment released a statement announcing that the company and Ji Yunseo have mutually agreed to conclude his exclusive contract.
In December 2025, Jellyfish Entertainment announced that EVNNE, a project group made up of seven former 'BOYS PLANET' contestants, would be reorganized into a permanent five member group beginning in 2026. At the time, it was confirmed that Yoo Seungeon and Ji Yunseo would leave the group and return to their original agency, YH Entertainment.
After his final performance as a member of EVNNE, Ji Yunseo shared a heartfelt letter expressing his gratitude to fans and thanking them for their support throughout his time with the group. With his contract now concluded, attention is focused on what Ji Yunseo’s next steps will be.
