TWS is set to make its return to the music scene in February.
According to News1 on the 19th, TWS (Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin) will make a comeback in February. The new song is expected to be released as a digital single.
This marks a speedy comeback just four months after the release of their fourth mini-album, ‘play hard,’ last October. The album sold nearly 640,000 copies on the Hanteo chart in its first week, breaking their own record for first-week sales which was previously held by ‘TRY WITH US.’
The title track “OVERDRIVE” is also performing well on digital music charts. In particular, the so-called “Angtal Challenge” which involves playfully shaking one's shoulders during the chorus, has gained immense popularity, even leading to a climb back up the charts.
Since their debut in 2024, TWS has received great love for hits including “Plot Twist,” “If I'm S, Can You Be My N?”, “Countdown!”, and “OVERDRIVE.”
TWS, which has shown explosive growth while gaining mainstream popularity with its signature refreshing concept, will celebrate its second debut anniversary on the 22nd. Now entering their third year, the group is expected to continue their hard-working pace by confirming a comeback early in the new year.
TWS is currently in preparations for the new song.
