Rain has shared an update on his deteriorating physical condition, revealing that he recently visited a hospital for medical treatment.
On January 29, a video titled “My Back… What Did You Say About My Condition?” was uploaded to his YouTube channel 'Season B Season.' In the video, Rain disclosed that he has been experiencing significant discomfort in his daily life due to cervical disc issues and lower back pain, prompting him to seek professional treatment.
“My body doesn’t feel the same as it used to,” Rain said, adding that he was diagnosed with herniated discs at the C5 and C6 levels of his neck, as well as spinal stenosis in his lower back at the L5 and L6 levels. He also admitted, “Even the area where I wear my belt hurts so badly it makes me cry out.”

A specialist in rehabilitation medicine, reviewing Rain’s MRI results, explained, “The normal C-shaped curve of the cervical spine has collapsed, and the disc between the fifth and sixth cervical vertebrae has significantly sunk. There are also signs of degenerative changes and inflammation in the lower back.”
The medical team proposed a customized treatment plan combining shockwave therapy, magnetic field therapy, manual therapy, stretching, injections, and oxygen therapy. While Rain expressed concern about his upcoming overseas schedule, the doctors reassured him that the treatment intensity would be adjusted to avoid overexertion.
During the session, Rain reacted with surprise to the pain caused by shockwave therapy but remarked, “The stimulation is definitely different.” After completing the treatment, he noted an immediate improvement, saying, “The discomfort I felt earlier has decreased a lot.”
Once all treatments were finished, Rain shared that his body felt “much lighter” and expressed his gratitude to the medical staff. The doctors emphasized the importance of consistent management and regular stretching, advising that receiving treatment before pain becomes severe is key to long-term health.
