
1theK, Kakao Entertainment’s leading global K-pop media platform, is drawing attention by introducing a unique offline space where fans can experience K-pop in person.
In collaboration with Lotte Duty Free, 1theK unveiled the “1theK KPOP PHOTO LIFT” at the Lotte World Tower branch in Jamsil, transforming a dedicated elevator into a space themed around an artist’s new release. The concept turns a brief elevator ride into a special moment of fandom experience. Gen Z trendsetters KiiiKiii, who made their comeback on the 26th, are the first artists to be featured.
The entire elevator has been redesigned to reflect the mood of KiiiKiii’s second mini album “Delulu Pack” and its title track “404 (New Era).” Dubbed “KiiiKiii Suite 404,” the space reinterprets the song’s concept of “freedom existing without coordinates.” A deep blue and purple hotel-room-style interior is decorated with photos of members Jiyu, Leesol, Sui, Haum, and Kiya, along with posters, LPs, and other stylish props, creating a dreamy yet trendy atmosphere. Known for their distinctive concepts since debut, KiiiKiii offer fans the feeling of being invited into the group’s secret hideout. On the 8th floor, a separate photo zone allows visitors to take instant photos inspired by KiiiKiii’s concept.
On January 28th KST, 1theK will also release short-form content filmed against the backdrop of KiiiKiii’s private hideout, adding to the fun of the space. Designed around the theme of showing off “what makes me, me” in line with the song title, the members appear in colorful and kitschy outfits, striking various expressions and poses to match the lyrics and highlighting their visuals and performance during the chorus. Though only 30 seconds long, the video fully captures the group’s unique vibe from “404 (New Era),” positioning the space as a new must-visit photo hotspot for global fans.
KiiiKiii’s private hideout will operate through February 6. 1theK is also hosting an social media event where visitors who post proof-of-visit photos can enter a raffle to win prizes, including KiiiKiii’s autographed Season’s Greetings.
