Stray Kids also personally delivered a message through SNS and Weibo, expressing their grief over the tragedy:
“After hearing the heartbreaking news about what happened in Hong Kong, all our members’ hearts are indescribably heavy. We have donated 1 million HKD with the hope that the residents affected by this fire and the families who are going through this hardship can quickly return to their daily lives and regain their peace.”
They continued by honoring responders who risked their lives during rescue operations:
“We express our deepest respect to all the heroes who are risking their lives on the front lines of the rescue. With our hearts with Hong Kong, we stand together through these difficult times.”
