So Ji Sub, Choi Dae Hoon, and Yoon Kyung Ho will be joining forces in SBS’s upcoming Friday–Saturday drama 'Manager Kim' (literal title), slated to premiere in 2026.
Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, 'Manager Kim' is an action-noir series that follows 'Manager Kim' (So Ji Sub), a seemingly ordinary office worker living a quiet life until his beloved daughter suddenly goes missing. To find her, he is forced to reveal a secret he has kept buried and risk everything in the process.
So Ji Sub takes on the role of the titular 'Manager Kim,' father to Min Ji. On the surface, he appears to be a typical employee at a small savings bank. However, he was once a North Korean special operative who carried out numerous missions. Now branded the North’s most-wanted blacklisted agent and considered a living time bomb, his existence must remain hidden at all costs.
Choi Dae Hoon stars as Sung Han Soo, a former taekwondo gold medalist and father of Tae Hoon. Famous for his 1440-degree spinning kick, he currently runs a modest neighborhood taekwondo studio while concealing his former career as a secret agent after retirement.
Yoon Kyung Ho joins the cast as Park Jin Chul, father of Da Bin. Once an unstoppable force on battlefields that even the government struggled to control, he now finds his greatest pride in simply being known as “Da Bin’s dad,” embracing life as a devoted father.
With three powerhouse actors taking on roles filled with depth, emotion, and tension, anticipation is already rising for SBS’s 'Manager Kim.' The drama is set to air in 2026.
