The famous “’96-line” — Red Velvet’s Joy, GFRIEND’s Yerin, and Apink’s Hayoung — melted fans’ hearts by showing their enduring friendship.
On November 8 KST, Hayoung shared several photos on her Instagram along with the caption,
“A trip down memory lane. I always wanted to try these on again — thank you. Am I the only one getting emotional..?”
The photos show the three idols dressed in the uniforms of their alma mater, Seoul School of Performing Arts. Despite it being more than a decade since their school days, the trio still boast youthful, radiant visuals, drawing admiration from fans. Their tall, model-like figures in the matching uniforms added to the nostalgic charm.
Netizens flooded the comments with warm reactions such as, “Such beautiful memories,” “The ‘Oh-Jung-Park-Hap’ trio forever!” and “’96-line forever — can’t believe it’s been over 10 years since graduation.”
Born in 1996, Joy, Yerin, and Hayoung are all 29 years old this year. Though they debuted in different groups, the three have maintained a strong friendship for more than a decade, standing out as one of K-pop’s most beloved friendship lines.
