
'K-Pop Demon Hunters' sing-along Halloween release achieved notable success in both Korea and North America.
According to the Korea Film Council’s integrated box office data, 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' sing-along was watched by 39,377 people over the weekend of October 31 to November 2.
The screenings, held in a “sing-along” format, took place across more than 100 theaters nationwide—including CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall—over the three days of Halloween. Audiences waved light sticks while singing along to the film’s OST, and many dressed as their favorite characters, fully expressing their fandom.
Over the three days, the film generated a total revenue of 461,276,700 KRW (322,422 USD).
Outside of Korea, the film was also screened in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. In North America, it ranked 4th in the weekend box office, helping drive Halloween theater attendance.

According to box office tracking site Box Office Mojo, 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' was shown in 2,890 theaters in North America, earning 5.6 million USD (approximately 7.6 billion KRW).
Previously, the film’s first sing-along event, held over just two days on August 23 and 24, earned $19.2 million (around 27.5 billion KRW), topping the box office at No. 1.
'K-Pop Demon Hunters' tells the story of popular girl group HUNTR\X, who protect the human world while competing for popularity against the boy group Saja Boys, born from the world of demons, ultimately uncovering their true identities.
Since its release, the film has sparked a major cultural wave in Korea, reaching 325.1 million cumulative views on Netflix as of October 24, making it the platform’s most-watched content in history.
Additionally, the film’s OST album—which features hits like "Golden," a Billboard No. 1 track—has maintained the No. 2 spot on the U.S. Billboard main album chart for four consecutive weeks, proving its enduring popularity.
