Jeon Jong Seo is in talks to return with a new occult film.
According to OSEN on November 3, Jeon Jong Seo has been offered a role in the upcoming film 'Stone' (tentative title) and is currently in positive discussions to join the cast.
Her agency also confirmed to OSEN, “It’s true that Jeon Jong Seo received the script for Stone, and she is reviewing the offer favorably.”
The film 'Stone' will be produced by Movie Moment Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Fine Town Production. It will be directed by Lee Deok Chan, who previously worked on 'National Singing Contest' and 'No Tears for the Dead,' and directed the short films 'The Intro of Summer' and 'Leo.'
Notably, 'Exhuma' director Jang Jae Hyun is participating in the project as a screenwriter and co-producer, raising anticipation for the expansion of his signature “Jang Jae Hyun-style occult universe.”
Jeon Jong Seo made her debut in 2018 with 'Burning' and has since impressed audiences with powerful performances in films such as 'The Call,' 'Nothing Serious,' 'Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon,' and 'Ballerina,' as well as dramas including 'Bargain,' 'Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area,' 'Queen Woo,' and 'Wedding Impossible.'
Meanwhile, she also awaits the release of 'Project Y,' co-starring Han So Hee.
