Actor Kim Dong Wook and former Girls’ Generation pre-debut member Stella Kim are expecting their first child.
A representative from Studio Youwho told SpoTV News on the 24th, “Kim Dong Wook and his wife are expecting their first baby.”
Stella Kim is currently pregnant and focusing on prenatal care while receiving warm congratulations from those around her. She is due to give birth early next year.
The couple married on December 22, 2023, at Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul. At the time, the bride was known publicly only as a beautiful non-celebrity, but once wedding photos were released, it was later revealed that she was Stella Kim, who was once part of the original pre-debut lineup for Girls’ Generation.
Kim Dong Wook will meet audiences soon through the film ‘The People Upstairs,’ which opens on December 3. Stella Kim first gained public attention as a pre-debut member of Girls’ Generation, but later returned to the United States due to her parents’ opposition, went on to attend New York University, and is currently said to be working as a cosmetics brand marketer.
