82MAJOR proved their status as “performance-driven idols” with a powerful live band rendition of their latest song “TROPHY.”
On November 3 KST, the group — consisting of Nam Seongmo, Park Seokjun, Yoon Yechan, Cho Seongil, Hwang Seongbin, and Kim Dokyun — unveiled a live band performance video of their 4th mini album title track “TROPHY” through the YouTube channel It’s Live.
In the video, 82MAJOR showcased a new charm of “TROPHY,” which has been receiving enthusiastic responses since its release on October 30. The members delivered an electrifying performance by fusing the song’s original tech-house base, defined by its intense bassline, with the depth of live band sounds — creating a fuller, more dynamic energy. Despite performing powerful choreography, they maintained perfect vocal control, highlighting their strong live capabilities.
After the stage, the members shared, “Performing with a live band definitely feels different. The stage felt much richer, and it’s an honor to have this experience.” They added, “Please give lots of love and support to our new album ‘TROPHY.’”
Marking their second year since debut, 82MAJOR expressed their ambition to make their name known through “TROPHY.” All members participated in writing and composing the songs, expanding their presence as self-producing artists.
Meanwhile, 82MAJOR will continue their comeback promotions with appearances on SBS funE’s 'The Show' on November 4 and MBC M/MBC every1’s 'Show Champion' on November 5.
