The footage shows YoonA being gently guided onto the stage by a staff member as "Gee" by Girls’ Generation played at the tvN drama’s reward trip event in Da Nang, Vietnam. Despite the impromptu situation, YoonA immediately synced with the music, performing the iconic Gee choreography flawlessly and without a single misstep.
Her performance thrilled the audience and reinforced her position as the center of Girls’ Generation, igniting the atmosphere at the event.
'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,' which concluded last month, is a fantasy romantic comedy survival drama about a top chef who time-slips to the past and encounters a tyrannical king with an extraordinary palate. The series is based on Park Guk Jae’s novel 'Surviving as King Yeonsan’s Chef.'
In the drama, YoonA portrayed chef Yeon Ji Young, who wins a French culinary competition before unexpectedly time-slipping to the Joseon era. Her performance in this role captured the hearts of viewers.
The final episode of 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 17.1 percent according to Nielsen Korea, marking the highest-rated mini-series of the year.
Following the drama’s success, the cast departed for a reward trip to Da Nang, Vietnam, on October 21.
