SHINee's Minho enjoyed a leisurely day on the October 10 broadcast of MBC's 'I Live Alone'.
On this episode, Minho got his calories in at lunch with a feast at a Korean-style buffet. He then visited a chic cafe and ordered ssanghwa-tang (Korean medicinal tea), iced coffee, and cake for dessert.
Watching Minho enjoying his cake in 4 neatly cut bites, Jun Hyun Moo commented, "You can eat whatever you want because you work out so much," expressing envy.
To this, Minho remarked, "So I actually got an InBody measurement earlier today, and I was really surprised with the results. Even though I'm not on a diet or anything, it showed that my body fat percentage was 4.5 kg (6.3 %)."
Shocked, the cast members of 'I Live Alone' noted, "That's the body fat percentage of a professional body builder on the day of the contest."
However, fellow SHINee member Key simply shrugged and commented, "He's always been like this. He's just skin and no substance on the inside. He's an empty shell of a person," drawing laughter.
