Singer/ TV personality Lee Ji Hye has shed tears after hearing about her pet dog Yoda's terminal illness.
On October 13, Lee Ji Hye posted a vlog video on her YouTube channel Gwanjong Un-ni. In the video, she expressed deep sadness after announcing the news of her long-time pet dog and revealing he was diagnosed with a terminal illness.
On this day, Lee Ji Hye headed to visit Yoda, her dog, hospitalized at the veterinary clinic. She expressed concern about her pet's condition, saying, "I canceled my pilates and all my meetings after this."

Lee Ji Hye explained, "Yoda's condition is not good. His heart is very swollen, and he has several other health issues," indicating the severity of her pet's health.
Upon seeing the emaciated Yoda in the hospital room, Lee Ji Hye immediately burst into tears. Unable to contain her sorrow, she said, "He would always recognize me, but I'm already crying. I'm afraid to hug him because he might be in pain. He wasn't that thin; he's half the size he was."
The attending veterinarian cautiously explained Yoda's condition: "Yesterday, he couldn't even get up, but he's responding well to medication. I am looking at this positively."
After his treatment, Lee Ji Hye brought Yoda home, set up an oxygen chamber, and began to care for him with great devotion. In the latter part of the video, Lee Ji Hye disclosed the terminal diagnosis for her dog, revealing, "They said he has at most six months to live."
She shared her current situation, saying, "He's home now, enduring bravely in the oxygen chamber by himself," and "I'm spending every day preparing myself emotionally."
In the video description, Lee Ji Hye further expressed her deep affection and sorrow for her pet, adding, "The dog I have raised for a long time has received a terminal notice," and "I'll stop here because I feel like I'll cry again if I keep talking about it."
